Linda Wainwright Palfreyman - I have been drawing and painting since childhood. Primarily self taught, I have studied with Fran Shapiro and Betsy Jacaruso, plus others throughout the years. My mediums and influences have varied but at this wonderful point in my life I am a student of Keith Gunderson who teaches in the tradition of the Hudson River School. Now working primarily in oil paints, plein aire landscapes have become my passion. For me it is another way to enjoy the beauty of nature and share that with others.

I have shown in several student group art shows, 2 years contributed paintings to the Star Library Benefit Art Show in Rhinebeck, contributed for 3 years a painted bird house to the “Rhinebeck Children’s Trust Bird House Auction “.
